Patient Intake & Enrollment Specialist

Location: Linthicum, MD Corporate Office
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, plus performance-based incentives

Help patients take the first step toward better health.

At CoreLife Healthcare, the Patient Intake & Enrollment Specialist is often the first voice a prospective patient hears. In this important role, you will guide individuals from their initial inquiry through appointment scheduling and program enrollment. This position blends customer service, patient support, consultative communication, healthcare intake, insurance verification, and inside sales skills to help patients begin their journey toward improved health.

At CoreLife, we understand that obesity and chronic illnesses are not isolated conditions but are deeply connected to social determinants, lifestyle factors, and root causes. Our integrated care model brings together medical care, nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise to help patients achieve sustainable, evidence-based results. In partnership with MedStar Health, CoreLife is not simply treating obesity symptoms; we are combating obesity as the disease it is.

Join us in revolutionizing healthcare and helping patients take meaningful steps toward better health.
