The Standardized Patient Program position involves teaching and evaluating medical students, residents, and graduate nurses under the guidance of the Academic Director and Trainer.

• Simulate medical problems and act as a patient for interviews and examinations.
• Complete checklists on history-taking and physical diagnosis skills.
• Provide feedback to improve students' clinical skills.
• Demonstrate SP skills at faculty workshops.
• Travel to various medical schools and residency programs for training and assessment.
• Assist in training new Standardized Patient Instructors.
• Participate in performance evaluations to ensure consistency and reliability.
