Job Title: Telehealth Patient Facilitator – Novice

Location: Torrance, PA 15779

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour, paid biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and gather all required documentation for telehealth sessions
• Fax, scan, and send patient records to providers; receive and process post-visit notes and orders
• Educate patients on telehealth processes, including confidentiality and consent
• Assist providers with telehealth equipment and ensure systems are fully operational
• Coordinate scheduling and monitor no-shows, adjusting clinic flow as needed
• Support patient flow in and out of telehealth sessions and remain present during appointments
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all required forms are completed
• Communicate with nursing staff to ensure proper handling of notes and pharmacy orders
• Assist with training and onboarding of new telehealth providers

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Torrance, PA 15779
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a structured healthcare environment
• Basic computer skills (email, scanning, documentation handling)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of telehealth processes and procedures
• Background in mental health or healthcare
• Administrative or medical assistant experience
