Job Title: Patient Escort Day Shift

Job Type: Contract
Shift: Shift: 10 A.M – 6 P.M for 35 hours

Job Summary: "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate Patient Escort to join a skilled nursing facility on the Day Shift . The Patient Escort will help move patients safely within a hospital, assists with basic comfort, ensures their safety during transport, communicates with staff, and maintains cleanliness of transport equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients within the hospital
• Assist with basic comfort and positioning
• Ensure patient safety during movement
• Communicate with healthcare staff
• Guide patients and visitors
  
• Maintain and clean transport equipment

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience
• High School Diploma /GED; current CPR certificate Required
