MUST HAVE 1+ year dental office experience
Cambridge Dental Group is a dynamic, high-volume dental practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator with prior experience in scheduling and insurance. If you're skilled, organized, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and check in patients
- Coordinate complex treatment schedules and referrals
- Verify and submit insurance claims
- Collect payments, explain financial policies, and follow up on patient balances
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment histories
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years dental front office experience required
- Experience in a dental office is a must
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing (PPO, Medicaid, etc.)
- Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Education and Training- High School Diploma or equivalent.
