We’re hiring someone who’s great with people, organized, and understands how to create a strong first impression - whether you come from dental, hospitality, retail, or marketing.
What You’ll Do
New Patient Experience
- Answer phones with confidence and professionalism
- Schedule new patients and guide them through the process
- Ask the right questions to understand their needs
- Keep everything organized from first call to first visit and beyond
Marketing
- Coordinate with our social media/marketing team
- Help execute internal marketing ideas
- Keep website and content updated
- Track new patient numbers
Operations
- Support front desk flow as needed
- Keep schedules and patient info accurate
- Communicate clearly with the clinical team
- Maintain a polished, welcoming environment
Who You Are
- Personable, confident, and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (phone, in person, written)
- Proactive - you take initiative
- Team player with high standards
Dental experience is a plus, not required. Hospitality, retail, or client-facing experience translates well here.
Schedule
- Mon/Wed/Thurs: 7-4
- Tues: 8-2
- Fri: 7-1
