Job Overview
As a PCT on the Stepdown Unit, you'll support nurses in caring for patients who require closer monitoring than a traditional med‑surg setting. You'll assist with hygiene, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and provide compassionate bedside care, including support for patients nearing the end of life. Your steady presence and attention to detail help ensure patients receive safe, high‑quality care during critical points in their recovery.
