Job Highlights


  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and nutritional needs based on the care plan
  • Perform hourly rounding in collaboration with the clinical RN
  • Obtain and document patient care data as directed by the RN
  • Support patient ambulation and positioning according to the care plan


Candidate Profile


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited CNA program and active listing on the Illinois CNA Registry or nursing student with at least one completed clinical rotation (written verification required)
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
