Job Description:
Schedule: 36 hours/week; 7:00am - 7:30pm, w/rotating weekends and holidays Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks. Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms. Aids with movement and placement of patients. Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records accurately and timely. Monitors and reports patient conditions. Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Follows safety and infection control protocols. Participates in training and development activities. Other duties as assigned. Will also be assigned Patient Sitter duties as needed.
