Job Highlights


  • Provide direct patient care, including hygiene assistance, feeding, mobility, dressing, and elimination support 
  • Perform routine clinical tasks, such as collecting specimens, taking vital signs, monitoring intake/output, and assisting with catheterization and feedings 
  • Observe and report patient conditions, documenting care and changes in status, and communicating concerns to the registered nurse 
  • Support patient safety and comfort, orienting patients and families to care environments, and following RN-directed care plans and safety protocols 
  • Maintain care environment, assisting with equipment transport, inventory monitoring, and ensuring readiness of patient care areas 


Candidate Profile


  • Current CNA certification or active enrollment in a nursing program is required 
  • Completion of Patient Care Technician orientation and ability to lift up to 35 lbs required 
  • Must demonstrate competency in caring for patients across all age groups 
  • Relevant soft skills include communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic care environment
