What Youll Do

Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, youll provide hands-on care and support that helps patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with daily personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changes
  • Supporting patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient observations
  • Recording important information in patient charts to support quality care
  • Providing compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families during challenging times

Qualifications

Required:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within six months of hire

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
