Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Tech (PCA, CNA, EMT) - Nurse Coordinators to join our team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. As a Patient Care Tech, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom and taking medication • Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
• Current certification as a PCA, CNA, or EMT • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
