    SMG Internal Medicine Port Warwick is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Newport News, VA!

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:45AM -5:00PM, dayshift.

    Overview

    As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site.

    Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

    Education

    • High School Diploma (Required)
