Your Day-to-Day
Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care aligns with professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of home health services across assigned patients and care teams
Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and both field and office personnel
Drive quality outcomes by supporting departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and organizational values
Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements, agency policies, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Complete required training, reporting, and audit-related activities accurately and on time
Promote workplace safety by following established protocols and best practices
Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and continuing education opportunities
What We're Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
Knowledge of accepted professional nursing standards and practices
Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and care coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a patient-centered approach
Home health experience preferred
Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
