Patient Care Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming, and efficient office experiene

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting patients
• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for all patients and visitors
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and financial questions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Educate patients on treatment plans and financial options in a clear, supportive manner
• Address patient concerns with care and resolve issues promptly

• Previous dental office experience required 
• Bilingual 
• Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
