What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle outbound calls (new leads, past patients, follow-ups)
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Check patients in/out and create a great in-clinic experience
- Educate patients on treatments and memberships
- Support clinic flow and work closely with the team
- Track your performance and take ownership of results
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Experience in sales, front desk, med spa, or customer service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Positive, high-energy, and coachable
