Role Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator II focuses on converting referrals into scheduled imaging appointments. This role manages communication with pet owners after a veterinarian referral is received and ensures each case is fully prepared for imaging. PCC II team members act as case coordinators, guiding clients through the logistics of advanced imaging while maintaining clear communication with referring clinics.
