If so, an established private audiology practice is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their growing team in the Las Vegas and Henderson area.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a patient-focused practice that is expanding and looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities may include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
Coordinating office flow and supporting day-to-day operations
Traveling between the practice's Las Vegas and Henderson offices as needed
Who We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Comfortable working at both the Las Vegas and Henderson locations
Previous medical, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
