Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you are the architect of the patient experience and the heartbeat of our workflow:
The Welcome: Provide a concierge-level greeting that sets a positive, warm tone for every visit.
The Workflow: Manage the daily "pulse" of the office, from high-level scheduling and insurance verification to checking patients in and out.
The Connection: Support our patients' dental journeys by helping them navigate their appointments and follow-up care.
The Tech: Become a power user in Denticon to keep our records precise and our day running smoothly.
The Personality: You have a "glass-half-full" attitude, a professional presence, and a knack for making people feel heard.
The Experience: 1+ years in a dental or medical front-office role is preferred.
The Skills: You are a multitasking pro who remains calm and kind, even when the phones are ringing and a patient is standing in front of you.
The Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Denticon is a huge plus, but we're happy to train a quick learner!
