Patient Care Coordinator

Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused professional with prior dental experience who enjoys creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a busy front office while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their dental care journey.

• Greet and check in patients with excellent customer service
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Manage patient accounts and assist with collections as needed
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily office flow

• Previous dental front office experience required

• Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent patient care

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
