Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience: Greet and check in/check out patients with a warm, professional demeanor. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients.
Work closely with providers and help to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Front Desk Operations: Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and meticulously schedule and confirm appointments.
Financial Transactions: Seamlessly handle point-of-sale payments and daily billing reconciliation.
Practice Administration: Maintain and organize accurate paper patient charts, scan documents, file records, and keep the front desk and retail areas stocked and pristine.
Experience: 1–2 years of patient-facing experience in a cosmetic dermatology practice, med spa, or high-end medical office.
Education: Min Associate's degree
Aesthetic Familiarity: A basic understanding of cosmetic treatments (e.g., neuromodulators, fillers, lasers) is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with office scheduling and payment software.
Attributes: A positive, extroverted, and professional attitude. You should possess an elegant presentation, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus!

Pay Range: Hourly $27.00 to $29.00
