In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients on their journey to recovery, while working in a supportive and compassionate environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort during treatment.
- Take advantage of the training opportunities available and be able to follow the proven systems.
- Work with the team in a positive and supportive way!
- Be active - 10,000 steps a day.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress throughout their care.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area for optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive patient experience.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Answer telephones as trained on the job.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Requirements:
Great people and team skills are required!! Proven experience working with others!
A true desire to help others have a better life!!
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience not required.
Teachable ... enjoys learning new things -- We will train you!
Able to follow already proven systems of patient care and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team members and patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skill.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
