No experience required. Paid training and certification provided.

What You'll Do
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Supporting medication administration
• Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
• Providing emotional support and encouraging independence

Shifts Available

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Michigan driver's license, in good standing
• CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification preferred (not required)
• Experience in patient care, CNA, or TBI support is a plus
