    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0 - 1 Years of Experience Required

    LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Required

    Clinical: • Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines. • Maintain patient confidentiality.

    Leadership & Accountability: • Demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.

    Environment and Safety: • Ensure patient and unit safety.

    Comfort: • Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy.

    Communication: • Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout the hospitalization process.
