Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Position Summary: Patient Assistance Liaison, Part-time 24 Hours Per Week, Nights 11 pmto 7:30 am Lawrence campus

The Patient Transporter assists patients with transfer between different areas of the hospital for testing, admission, discharge, or other reasons. Also distributes equipment and supplies to appropriate departments.

• Assists patients of varying mobilityusing transfer techniques and/or lifting devices, when needed
• Maintains cleanliness of equipmentand ensures itis stored properly
• Communicates relevant information effectively to hospital departments and management
• Works closely with nursingto maintain patient safety

Minimum Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, prior medical and/or customer service experience preferred
