Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Patient Advocate who enjoys supporting patients, assisting with education, and managing long-term follow-up. This role is primarily administrative and does not involve direct patient care, but prior clinical experience is required to support onboarding and patient communication.
This is a hybrid role with work performed primarily at our office location in Rogers, AR.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via phone and digital platforms
- Assist with patient education and ongoing follow-up
- Download, organize, and compile patient lab results for provider review
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting
- Coordinate provider updates and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
- Work within multiple medical software systems efficiently
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
- CNA or MA certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records
Preferred:
- 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification
- BLS certification
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
