Position Summary:

The Patient Accounts Supervisor is responsible for direct supervisory oversight of their team and acts as a vendor liaison. This individual is responsible for measuring and monitoring all scope of inbound/outbound calls to ensure timely and accurate verbal and written responses to insurance, customers and patients with care and compassion. This individual supervises, trains, and coaches team members ensuring expectations of each position are met. This individual develops and implements new procedures to improve the quality and quantity of the production against benchmarks on an ongoing basis. This individual expresses the highest level of written and verbal communications to manage our most complex billing, insurance and patient concerns or customer escalations and identifies opportunities of future improvement and prevention. This individual gather and analyzes accounts receivable data and reporting information and reports to the Manager and Director regularly with progress on targeted key performance indicators.

Position Qualification:

Effective Communication skills.

Experience in leadership and/or mentoring.

Customer Service experience.
