About the Role:
Support our healthcare partners and help them thrive at Meduit. As a Patient Account Representative, you will speak directly with patients to help them understand and resolve their medical bills.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume call center environment, can manage multiple systems at once, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and clear communication.
Title: âPatient Account Representative
Start Date: 07/13/2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM OR 8AM to 5PM
Location: âOnsite - 250 14th Ave E Sartell MN 56377
Compensation: â$17 - $19 per hour base + performance incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient account balances
- Explain billing and payment options clearly and professionally
- Set up payment plans and process payments over the phone
- Accurately document all interactions while navigating multiple systems
- Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements
- Meet performance goals related to productivity and quality
- Assist patients in identifying financial assistance options when applicable
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with billing, payments, claims, or account resolution processes
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, or FDCPA
- Experience handling escalated customer interactions
- Experience consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics
