  What You’ll Do<\/span>
  <\/p>

  Key Responsibilities<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone & Serve as the first point of contact<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, manage referrals and prior authorizations<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Utilizing healthcare scheduling systems and templates accurately and efficiently<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide appointment instructions and answer basic patient questions<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collect and update patient demographic, insurance, and payment information<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and maintain accurate provider schedules and patient flow<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Use electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and update patient records<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with providers, care teams, and external offices to ensure timely access to care<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support reimbursement<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Deliver excellent customer service while protecting patient confidentiality<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assists with general office duties and coordinates with patients, provider offices, and care teams to schedule appointments accurately<\/span>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET equivalent preferred<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 1–2 years of hospital admissions or medical office experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      • Strong customer service, communication, organizational & multi -tasking skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of medical terminology & ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to manage multiple interruptions while maintaining accuracy<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, honesty, integrity, and confidentiality<\/span>
