• Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (5x8 Hours); may require weekends
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a temporary, on-site Patient Access Representative role that may require weekends. The PAR will be responsible for contacting patients to update demographics, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting patient responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients to update demographic information
• Verify insurance coverage and collect patient financial responsibility
• Conduct preregistration activities
• Perform insurance verification and Third Party Liability (TPL) screening
• Verify Medi-Cal / Medicare eligibility and Workers' Compensation eligibility
• Secure cash deposits including copays, deductibles, and cash packages
• Provide customer service to patients and families

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of similar registration experience in a hospital setting
