Position Purpose:

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Patient Access Rep to join our Ultrasound Team. The Patient Access Rep is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

• Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
• Preparing charts
• Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
• Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
• Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
• Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology
