This position is scheduled PRN (as needed). This position would be to fill in when other Patient Access Representatives are out of the office on PTO. Schedule can vary depending on need. You could be asked to fill in for as short as one day, to a few days, or it could be a period of a few to several weeks if a staff member was out on leave. This is a great opportunity for someone that is seeking occasional work to fill in when regular staff are out of the office.

As a Patient Access Representative (PAR) you are responsible for handling front office reception and scheduling duties. This includes greeting patients, registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating patient accounts and charts, and collecting patient payments.
