    Job Summary:
    Tryfacta is seeking a Patient Access Representative for our client in Marysville, CA 95901. This is a 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

    Position Title: Patient Access Representative
    Location: Marysville, CA 95901
    Duration: 8 weeks (Possible extension)
    Work Schedule: Days
    Hours: 40

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Perform timely and accurate patient registration.
    • Interview patients to obtain complete demographic and insurance information.
    • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.
    • Calculate and collect patient liability amounts and copayments.
    • Obtain all required signatures for treatment and financial responsibility.
    • Answer patient questions and explain registration and billing policies clearly.
    • Review physician orders and attach them to the appropriate patient records.
    • Print, collate, and distribute registration paperwork to the appropriate department.
    • Escort patients or arrange escort services when needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all patient records and registration activities.

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate degree or related healthcare administrative education preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of recent patient registration, front office, medical receptionist, or patient access experience preferred.
    • EPIC experience is required.
    • Strong insurance verification and patient registration skills.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
    • Strong computer, data entry, and documentation skills.
