For this role, we will consider candidates at either the ED Patient Access Rep 1 or ED Patient Access Rep 2 levels. Requirements and wages for each level are noted below.
Starting Wage:
The Emergency Department Patient Access Representative (PAR) provides customer-service coverage in emergency department locations of Asante and assumes the responsibility for the successful financial outcomes of all patient services. In this role, the ED Patient Access Rep is also responsible for thoroughly and accurately describing the various compliance and regulatory documents that Asante is required to present to patients, while always maintaining patient relations, customer satisfaction, and Asante’s financial solvency.
