We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to support front‑desk operations at MedCura Health. This role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from the time they arrive through the completion of their visit.

Shift Day

Salary $16.00 - $22.00 / hour

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or front‑office settings is beneficial

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with EHR systems and office software

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival and provide clear direction as needed.

  • Register patients and verify information including insurance details and required documentation.

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to help maintain timely operations.

  • Answer incoming calls, address general inquiries, and provide information about available services.

  • Process patient payments and issue receipts for completed transactions.

  • Maintain accurate records in the EHR system in accordance with organizational standards.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements including HIPAA and related regulations.
