Vivo Infusion Patient Access Manager:
The Patient Access Manager is a dynamic leadership role that drives the success of the Patient Access Team by overseeing critical operational and financial processes within the Patient Services department. This position is key to optimizing team performance and enhancing overall efficiency. Working closely with the Revenue Cycle Management leadership team, the Manager plays an integral role in streamlining the claims process. With a focus on goal development, productivity, and performance measurement, this position ensures the team consistently meets objectives while providing timely and accurate status updates. Applicants should have the skills and experience below:
5 years of experience working in a high-volume healthcare insurance or Patient Services/Patient Access role. Existing advanced working knowledge of medical billing, medical insurance, accounting, HIPAA compliance, Medicare/Medicaid, medical abbreviations, and terminology is required.
3 years of experience managing direct reports, preferably with experience leading a team remotely.
Must be willing to travel for training, employee development, and education.
