Salary: $21.70 - $29.37 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role:Lead the patient intake and registration process to ensure oncology patients experience a seamless, stress-free entry into our care system.
Coordinate essential insurance authorizations and referrals to prevent delays in critical treatments and safeguard the patient’s financial journey.
Facilitate a collaborative bridge between clinical teams and administrative staff to ensure every patient’s schedule is optimized for their specific care plan.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and staffing levels to maintain a high standard of patient safety and operational excellence.
Implement departmental goals and quality measures that directly improve the speed and accuracy of our patient access services.
