Location: Saginaw County, Michigan; Hospital based Start Date: September 30 or as soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing - 6 months (expected) Schedule: Full time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm plus alternating weekly Call; 6 months with options to extend Requirements:
Board Certified APCP Pathologist
Active, unrestricted MI license / will consider IMLC
Clean background/malpractice
Updated CV and Case Logs required for application
1 year experience preferred
Clinical Support: 1 FT Pathologist will work in tandem with Locums Pathologist; Histotechnologists Procedures/Cases:
Approximately 35-50 cases read per day
Grossing own specimens
Cut own frozen sections on Cryostat
Procedures: Hematology, microbiology, chemistry/serology, blood bank
EMR/Dictation Tools: NovoPath; Allscripts Sunrise Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less (applications are prioritized by start date) Travel & Lodging covered Malpractice Insurance covered Rate: Open; Please provide your usual rate range
