Job Details

What You’ll Do

– Take primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical areas
– Guide clients on building and strengthening their portfolios, shaping competitive advantages, and planning long-range IP objectives
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with technology companies, founders, and research teams
– Work closely with a group of seasoned practitioners who value clear thinking, practical judgment, and thoughtful strategy
– Operate seamlessly in a remote practice supported by modern, cloud-driven tools
– Deepen existing client relationships while helping drive the continued expansion of the practice

What We’re Looking For

– A minimum of 10 years dedicated to patent prosecution
– A portable practice suitable for a partner-level role, with at least $300K in existing work
– Active USPTO credentials and a technical foundation capable of supporting complex portfolios
– Demonstrated experience drafting, prosecuting, and overseeing high-quality patent matters
– The ability to excel in a virtual environment centered on senior-level execution and direct client engagement
– A business-minded approach, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to practical, client-oriented solutions
