We are looking for a licensing & transactions attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join a growing IP boutique's patent licensing practice. You'll manage patent licensing programs for startup and university clients, with direct responsibility and the opportunity to build your own practice alongside the firm's managing partner.Salary: $140K - $220KWhat will you be doing?Lead interactions with potential licensees across multiple licensing programsPrepare and present evidence of use (EOU) claim chartsConduct reverse engineering and EOU investigations, including analysis of internet and network trafficSupport negotiation and closing of patent licensing dealsEngage directly with clients and build your own practice within the firmCollaborate with internal legal and technical teams on licensing strategyKey RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (must qualify to sit for the patent bar)J.D. and active U.S. state bar membershipPatent experience at a law firm (prosecution, licensing, or litigation)Must work 5 days/week in-person in Pasadena, CAMust provide unofficial undergraduate transcripts (and all other transcripts) with application#J-18808-Ljbffr
