Seeking a technically skilled Patent Attorney or Senior Patent Agent to work closely with engineering and research teams on cutting-edge causal AI and HPC technologies.
In this role, you will identify patentable breakthroughs through code analysis, develop strategies to protect proprietary innovations, ensure documentation for defensibility, and manage patent prosecution and portfolio strategy.
You should have 4–8 years of experience, a technical degree, and be USPTO registered or highly experienced in AI/software patenting.
