Job Title: Patent Attorney

Location: Hybrid (Mesa, AZ)

Pay: Competitive salary with no billable hour quota

What Youll Do:

• Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications under the direction of a partner.
• Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies.
• Collaborate directly with inventors and clients.
• Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems.

What Were Looking For:

• Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam-passed and pending registration.
• Minimum bachelors (BS) in engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or similar, and preferably a master's (MS).
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a modern, growing practice.
