Job Title: Patent Attorney Location: Hybrid (Mesa, AZ) Pay: Competitive salary with no billable hour quota What Youll Do: Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications under the direction of a partner. Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies. Collaborate directly with inventors and clients. Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems. What Were Looking For: Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam-passed and pending registration. Minimum bachelors (BS) in engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or similar, and preferably a master's (MS). Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
