Clients range from individuals and universities to start‑up technology companies and large publicly traded industry leaders.ResponsibilitiesDraft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering, computer science and software‑implemented business methods. Draft and review intellectual property and technology‑related agreements and licenses. Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
