This pivotal role holds direct responsibility for the quality, service, and overall experience within our dynamic pastry operation.As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in motivating, training, developing, and directing our talented team members to consistently deliver a wide variety of desserts, artisan pastries, and delightful sweet goods. While championing exceptional service and achieving daily goals, you will also oversee critical administrative and operational tasks, including vigilant financial management, inventory analysis, and rigorous health and safety protocols.The Pastry Sous Chef is a key contributor to culinary excellence, directly supporting and driving our commitment to operational excellence. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, you will leverage your technical expertise to forge strong partnerships with stakeholders, promoting Bon Appétit's high standards and elevating user expectations across all pastry offerings.
