Performs food prep, garnishing, plating, and ensures proper storage and rotation of products. Assists with other food preparation tasks during off-peak times.
Ensures food safety, controls bacteria growth, and adheres to shelf life guidelines. Closes kitchen properly and participates in staff meetings.
Requires knowledge of sanitation standards, effective communication skills, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work within temperature extremes. Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
