The Pastry Cook is responsible for producing high-quality pastries and baked goods for all outlets, aiming for excellence in Northern Nevada.
- Prepare consistent pastries following recipes and fulfill outlet orders.
- Maintain bakery equipment, report damages promptly, and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
- Assist with recipe file management and production schedules.
- Monitor safety and sanitation, reporting any issues to management.
- Display strong teamwork with fellow culinary staff.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally four+ years of high-volume pastry experience. Must be able to stand for long periods and communicate effectively in English.
