We are seeking talented, detail-oriented pastry cooks to prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, syrups, displays, and special-request items in a fast-paced luxury dining setting.

  • Prepare pastry items following recipes and standards to ensure consistency and presentation.
  • Maintain knowledge and proper use of all pastry equipment and tools, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to sanitation and health regulations, as well as brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team, plan production, and prioritize tasks for restaurant service and events.
  • Inspect tools and work conditions daily, and meet with the Executive Chef on assignments and business needs.
  • Requirements include 1+ year high-volume experience, knowledge of French pastry techniques, proficiency in computer systems, and strong communication skills. A culinary degree is preferred but not required. Candidates must be professional, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
