Baltimore Country Club is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, including cakes, breads, cookies, and other baked goods for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute a variety of desserts and baked goods
  • Follow recipes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Assist with inventory and communicate product needs
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of pastry or baking experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
