As a Pastry Cook, you will assist in preparing, producing, and presenting baked goods, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and special requests.
Key responsibilities include following portion controls, maintaining food safety and quality standards, communicating effectively, managing inventory levels, and adhering to safety and sanitation procedures. You must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate kitchen tools safely. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment are essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
